Retrieve Book Periods

GET /books/periods returns every accounting period, newest first, without pagination.
GET /books/periods/{date} returns the open or closed accounting period containing an ISO date.
Use each period's id to open or close the books or a specific subledger. closed_on is null for open periods
and may be null for closed ones, so check status to tell whether a period is closed.
The endpoints are also available as the list_all_book_periods and retrieve_a_book_period MCP tools.
