Custom Fields on Draft Contract Items

GET /draft-contracts and GET /draft-contracts/{draft_contract_id} now return fields on each item:
the custom field values set on it, in the same field_id / field_value_id shape contract items use.
Empty when none are set.
POST /draft-contracts and PUT /draft-contracts/{draft_contract_id} accept the same fields on each
item. PUT replaces the draft's items wholesale, so an item sent without fields carries none.
Applies to V4 only.
