Invoice Lookup by External Reference

GET /invoices now accepts external_reference_id and external_reference_type to find invoices
by an external system's identifier. The pair matches provider references from integrations
(for example Stripe or Salesforce) as well as custom external references defined under
Rillet Settings → External References; the type match is case-insensitive. Both parameters must
be provided together.
Applies to V4 only.
