Stored Bank Balances by Date

GET /bank-accounts/{bank_account_id}/balance?as_of_date=YYYY-MM-DD returns the latest stored bank
balance on or before the requested date in the account's native currency. The response includes both
the requested date and the stored balance date so consumers can identify stale balance coverage.
